Create a New URI Rule

Under the Websites tab, and under the Traffic Management sub-tab, within the Content Rules section, find the service you are looking for, and select Add Rule.

Give the new rule a name, and under URI Match define what the uri should be to match for this new rule. 

Add Servers to the Rule:

Then under the newly formed uri match, under Options, select Add Server.

here you can define how the servers are checked, and how traffic should be sent to the servers.

Modify the Pools Load Balancing Method: 

To modify the way the servers are load balanced, under the Servers line, select Edit
And under load balance, you can choose a specific load balancing method for these servers.
